Many years ago, I drove my rental car onto the flight line of an Air Force base during an exercise. The incredulous airman that I flagged over when I realized I might be going the wrong way stammered out, "are you military??". I wasn't, of course, and even a military ID wouldn't necessarily have conferred that privilege.. If I had a charm bracelet for "times my engaging personality got me out of trouble", it would have a tiny B-52 on it to commemorate that day.

Speaking of guest privileges, Etsy has just added a new feature called, "Guest Checkout". With it, anyone can browse, add items to their cart, and make purchases on the site without creating an account. Happy shopping...and let me know if you find a B-52 buzzing around.
